Coatsink asked us to create a key art for the E3 announcement of their amazing retro futuristic action game, Replaced. The brief was to move away from the pixel art style of the game, with the key art looking more like painted concept art.

With a fast turnaround, a protagonist that only existed in 16 bit pixels and no usable assets we absorbed the game’s unique styling, gorgeous lighting and noir mood through gameplay and level drawings.

The game sparked a lot of excited E3 coverage, and we were proud to see the key art all over social media.
